When you turn down our private lane and drive through the stables you leave the hustle and bustle of every day live behind you and start to unwind.
The views that greet you are wild and beautiful with salt water marsh and farm views every where.
Our cart lodge was built in 2010 and has been awarded a four star Quality in tourism award and can cater for up to four adults with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one contains a double bed and one with two single beds.
On the ground floor is a compact kitchen with fridge freezer Microwave cooker,gas hob & electric oven etc there is also a luxury bathroom complete with shower/ bath/ low level w.c, washbasin etc .
The lounge looks out over the salt marsh to the stunning river Colne and Blackwater estuary through oak french doors (best views on the farm) and when you get tired of the views and sunsets there is a flat screen tv/dvd to relax in front of.
Gas central heating is supplyed with adjustable radiator valves for your personal settings .
Outside is a small patio area complete with wooden table and seating and plenty of off road parking.
